COVID PROTECTTION FRAMEWORK
As soon as the “Traffic Light” system is in use, The Park Hotel Ruapehu will be requiring vaccine passports for everyone staying with us, age 12 and over. This is also the case for everyone dining in our restaurant and café.

Reception staff will need proof of everyone’s vaccine certificate on arrival. If you are arriving past 8pm please provide this via email ahead of time, as reception closes at 8:30pm and if not received ahead of time, we will not be able to leave your key out in our late arrival box.

SECURE PAYMENT
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your booking at the time the reservation is made. This payment will be taken via our secure Payment Express Facility. The name that will appear on your statement will be T Park Hotel Ltd t/a The Park Hotel Ruapehu.

BEST AVAILABLE RATES
July 2 to October 16 weekends (Friday and Saturday nights): Cancelations or modifications must be made before midday on Monday for the following weekend for no fees to incur. Amendments will not be allowed after this time and if cancelled the full rate will be charged.

All other dates: We require 48 hours notice, prior to the arrival date, to cancel or amend bookings with no fees. If changes or cancellations are made after this time, the first nights accommodation will be charged in full.

PACKAGE RATES
Summer Crossing Package: We require 48 hours notice, prior to the arrival date, to cancel or amend bookings with no fees. If changes or cancellations are made after this time, 50% of the package will be charged. If due to weather conditions, the Crossing transport is cancelled, we will refund the transfer and packed lunch components, however no other components are refundable.

Winter Crossing Package: This booking is non-refundable and dates cannot be amended. ADRIFT Outdoors has a 3 pax minimum per tour; if this minimum is not met or if the weather does not permit, the booking shall be transferred to another date and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY
Check in time is 2pm. If earlier check in time is required please request this at the time of booking.
Check out time is 10am. If a late check out is required please request from reception when you check in at hotel. Early check ins and late check out’s are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of management /reception staff

CHILDREN POLICY
There is no extra charge for children 12 and under. Children over this age should be classified as “adults” and will be charged at the extra person rate.
All rates are in NZ dollars and are on a per night basis including GST. The Park will not reimburse adverse fluctuations due to foreign exchange.
